The service was exceptional, with attentive staff from maids to the barman, Giovanni. The location was excellent with fabulous views, but the lack of a drinks/bar menu in certain areas was disappointing. The dining options were varied and delicious. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

My room, an 'executive room' with a sea view, was located in the new section of the property, away from the monastery. I enjoyed a terrace overlooking the stunning Mediterranean, just above the breakfast terrace.
